What You Will Do

  • Lead and oversee engine shop operations, quality assurance, and safety compliance, ensuring all processes meet organizational and regulatory standards.
  • Own operational performance metrics including monthly Sales, EBIT, engine output, profit margins, realization rates, and cost-of-poor-quality.
  • Provide strategic direction and operational leadership to meet engine delivery targets and achieve key performance indicators such as Quality, Turnaround Time (TAT), On-Time Completion (OTC), and Market Factor Analysis (MFA).
  • Align production hours with business targets to support revenue goals and optimize workforce efficiency.
  • Apply strategic thinking with strong execution skills to navigate complex challenges in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders in Engineering, Quality, HR, Customer Support, Materials, and Facilities to achieve business objectives.
  • Drive cost reduction initiatives, improve productivity, and champion continuous improvement programs to maximize operational profitability.
  • Manage workforce planning, resource allocation, and capital expenditure in alignment with the business outlook and future growth.
  • Cultivate a high-performance culture built on respect, empowerment, transparent communication, and teamwork.
  • Identify, develop, and retain high-potential talent, ensuring continuity and capability within the team.
  • Ensure full compliance with quality and regulatory standards and foster a culture of CORE (Customer Orientated Results & Excellence), EH&S and ethical conduct.


Qualifications You Must Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Aeronautical or equivalent.
  • Min 10 years relevant aerospace industry experience, particularly in operations or aftermarket MRO.
  • Hands-on experience in aircraft engine workshop practices and maintenance of gas turbine engine.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and business acumen.
  • Demonstrate agility in learning and adapting with a track record of delivering measurable results.
  • Collaborative team player with outstanding interpersonal skills to work across all levels.
  • Experience thriving in dynamic, fast-moving environments with matrix reporting structures.


Qualifications We Prefer

  • Experience in the Aerospace or helicopter engine & airframe knowledge.
  • Strong knowledge of CORE or any Continuous Improvement Methodology.
